Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Representative will assist our customers throughout the repair process, providing information, speaking with the insurance company, and leveraging their experience to provide superior customer service.
? Greet and assist customers
? Coordinate rental vehicles and courtesy cars
? Scheduling repair appointments
? Communicate with insurers regarding deductibles, coverage, etc.
? Provide information to customers about all aspects of the collision repair process
? Collect information about vehicle damage
? Keep customers informed about their vehicle's repair
? Previous collision repair industry experience an asset
? Retail/customer service and administrative experience required
? Outstanding customer service skills
? Solid administrative skills
? Enthusiastic, reliable, punctual
? A positive attitude
? A willingness to learn
? Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
