Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related business field CPA track and/or will consider equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience Supervisory experience Job Duties Planning, coordinating, supervising and executing for-profit audits, reviews and compilations, employee benefit plan audits in compliance with applicable GAAS, GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Managing teams across multiple clients involving allocating work to staff and senior accounting team to manage audit engagements to budget Develop, train, and mentor staff and senior accountants Research technical accounting and auditing issues and provide technical review support Manage and build client relationships Qualifications Tech savvy; Ability to learn and utilize other software packages to benefit work product and firm Highly detail-oriented with strategic organization skills to meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment Effective and consistent communication skills with both internal and external clients Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision and take initiative Professionalism, positive attitude, personable Strong relationship building skills for client contact and future business development opportunities Job Type:
