Job Title:
Production Lead Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily production activities - Assign tasks and responsibilities to production team members - Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality - Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to minimize downtime - Train new employees on production procedures and safety protocols - Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals - Maintain accurate production records and reports Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proficient in basic math calculations - Knowledge of tooling and CAM programming - Familiarity with warehouse operations and press machinery - Understanding of quality control principles and practices - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Experience with CAD software is a plus - Familiarity with using measuring tools such as micrometers We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
