We are looking for an energetic and team-oriented individual to join our production team! Position Overview:
A Production Associate is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment and preparing items for distribution.
This includes assembling parts, checking product parts, and ensuring machinery runs smoothly.
You will play a crucial role in upholding our company values and contributing to our mission of excellence in automotive solutions.

Role and Responsibilities Performs repetitive and non-repetitive production operations such as light assembly and kitting of component parts, filling and packing on a lubricant line, and production machine operation Positively contribute to the success of others by assisting fellow team members Operate forklift safely and carefully to move and store materials Prepare products/shipments by boxing and packaging products Fill in as crew member in any area to fill the internal and external customers production needs.
Follows all company rules concerning attendance, safety, quality, and conduct.
Fully know and adopt the continuous improvement principles.
Understands the use of our MAGI production software.
Understands and follows standard work as needed.
Understands and uses materials from inventory and automated equipment properly.
Cleans processing equipment, tanks, filters, pipes, lines, and pumps.
Completes all documentation accurately and in accordance with good manufacturing practices.
Follows hazardous material handling and personal protective equipment requirements.
Safely operates industrial equipment within its attended use.
Ensure that the workspace is clean and neat.
Inspects materials before and after use.
Evaluate quality end products.
Receives and trains team members to gain full proficiency in a specific area(s) of discipline.
Responsible for other duties as assigned by superior.
Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Mechanical aptitude a plus Excellent attendance Competencies Interpersonal - flexibility, stress tolerant, oral communication, and teamwork oriented Analytical - information gathering, judgment, problem analysis, and written communication Operational Excellence - concern for excellence, decisiveness, execution, initiative, operation monitoring and control, technical skills, and competence Adaptable - ability to adjust to ever-changing priorities, strong task management skills Physical requirements Required to stand for long periods of time bending, twisting, reaching able to lift up to 50 lbs continuous mental and/or visual attention to operate machine(s) ability to make repetitive or semi-repetitive machine or equipment adjustments requiring some feel or dexterity good hand-eye coordination Salary $18/hr
