In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone and email - Assisting customers with policy information and issue resolution -Assisting agents with the quoting, application and implementation process - Providing accurate and timely information to customers - Performing data entry tasks to update customer records - Conducting outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette at all times Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
