We sell to lighting and electrical distributors, commercial and residential contractors, energy management companies and more.
The Customer Service & Sales Development Representative (CS&SDR) works with new and existing customer accounts to maintain strong working relationships and ensure smooth fulfillment of order requests.
CS&SDR receives and responds to incoming customer service phone calls and emails, answering questions or referring them to other departments for assistance with products or services.
Fields customer complaints or challenges, oversees successful execution of special-order requests, and advises on and initiates product credit and returns.
Regular communication with warehouse staff on special orders or issues is required.
The assigned CS&SDR also supports sales and marketing development, providing prospect touchpoints and engaging with web leads, and assisting marketing and sales initiatives.
CS&SDR takes requests from the sales team, and initiatives outlined by management.

Responsibilities:
Receives and enters customer orders.
Provides information concerning pricing, discontinuance, product availability, and lead time.
Verifies purchase orders for accuracy on pricing, product description, bill-to info and more.
Answers and places phone calls, manages email, and coordinates customer responses with appropriate departments.
Partners with marketing and sales teams to provide personal, first-point-of-contact experience to sale leads Collaborates with operations management to help execute projects, reports, and other tasks as assigned.
Maintains customer order records within ERP, ensuring accuracy and timely maintenance.
Organizes and files customer order paperwork.
Manages customer issues, creates ticket and RMA records, and coordinates resolution.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of previous experience in Customer Service preferred.
High attention to detail.
Pleasant and accommodating communication skills.
Collaborative and approachable, able to develop strong working relationships.
Multitasking and organizational skills.
Highly responsive, ability to work under pressure.
Computer/phone technology proficiency, ERP and MS 365 application experience preferred.
High school GED.
Associates or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Pay Rate - $20
