Day Shift Description:
The Return to Work Coordinator coordinates a team of clinicians from various medical disciplines in the provision of services for the Workplace Health Program.
This includes work site visits, training/education, ergonomic analysis, physical demand analysis and essential function testing.
What the Return to Work Coordinator will do:
Conducts worksite visits for indicated patients seen at Workplace Health.
Conducts onsite ergonomic evaluations for area employers.
Provides recommendations to patients for conservative treatment of injuries, worksite ergonomics, non-rigid splints and company specific exercises.
Performs essential function testing for new hire physicals.
Performs onsite physical demands analysis at area employers.
Provides training at area employers on proper lifting techniques, ergonomics and stretches.
Promotes other workplace services during worksite visits.
What the Return to Work Coordinator will need:
Associates Degree:
Physical Therapy Assistant or Certified Occupational Therapy Assist, athletic trainer minimum Bachelor's Degree-Registered Occupational Therapist preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
