Our shift times are 1st (6:
30a-2:
30p and 7:
00am-3:
00p), 2nd shift (2:
30p-10:
30p and 3:
00p-11:
00pm), and 3rd shift (11:
00pm to 7:
00am).
We offer a shift differential of $3 per hour on 2nd shift and $2 on 3rd shift.
Job Duties:
As a Resident Life Partner (caregiver), you engage residents in life-enriching activities such as prayer, leading Bible studies, fun exercise activities, gardening, reading stories and reminiscing, puzzles, games, singing and music, arts and crafts, and more.
You will also assist residents with their Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs), pass medications, serve meals, and perform laundry and housekeeping duties.
We hire staff who are self-motivated, compassionate, substance-free, team-oriented, drama-free, profanity and arguing-free, and who demonstrate their caring hearts to serve older adults.
We serve the whole person including his or her Spiritual, Social, Emotional, and Physical needs.
COVID-19 vaccination is not required.
CNA or MA certificate preferred but not required.
We provide paid on-the-job training teaching you all the skills that you will need.
