RESPONSIBILITES:
Responsible for overall management of the nursing department Assist in planning, developing, implementing and maintaining resident discharge procedures and plans Review and ensure proper charting and documentation of nursing procedures Participate in surveys and inspections by government agencies
Qualifications:
Current RN state license, BSN preferred Current CPR Certification 5
years of experience in long term care experience 3
years of nursing management in long term care, preferred Excellent communication skills; written and verbal Positive Can-Do Attitude Excellent Attendance
