Communicates directly with the client, company, and/or outside vendors through written and oral communications.
Completes office administrative tasks as needed and reports to the Service Delivery Manager.
Essential Duties Service Answers department phones and directs needs Ensures tickets are updated as needed (works with techs to fix tickets) and closes Regular communication on service ticket statuses between clients and team Coordinates service team needs Administers client related licensing Addresses 1st level client concerns Coordinates onsite/remote support Office administration tasks and data entry Assists Service Delivery Manager Required Qualifications Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment Clear and confident verbal/written communication and client engagement skills.
Must communicate effectively and anticipate needs of co-workers and customers High degree of personal initiative and motivation.
Proven ability to be responsive to changing business needs, manage and prioritize concurrent assignments, and handle ambiguity.
Strong analytical abilities in decision making and problem-solving.
Above average People Skills and the ability to provide direction to team Ability to independently lead/follow all phases of a project using a project methodology.
