A CSR works with customers who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization.
They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Identify and assess customers' needs through various channels Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a reasonable timeframe; follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Relay issues and potential issues to the appropriate team members (ie:
Production, Web Development Team, Marketing, etc.
) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative Strong communication skills, reading comprehension and active listening Comfortable using computers and being trained in different programs and CRM systems Customer oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of characters/personalities Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Have a pleasant attitude to de-escalate potentially hostile customers and need to work in a fast-paced environment QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent (required) 2-3 years Customer Service Background (preferred) Interest in hunting and/or outdoor pursuits (preferred) ABOUT NEXUS OUTDOORS Nexus Outdoors, headquartered in Muskegon, MI, USA, is a leading worldwide designer, marketer and distributor of performance, hunting and casual odor-controlling apparel, footwear and equipment under the ScentLok Technologies , OZ , Blocker Outdoors , Whitewater Fishing and Tree Spider , and Hardcore Waterfowl brands.
