We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, and compliance.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's policies and procedures.
Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Assist in the development of training programs for staff members.
